Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your data from the Watomate platform, you can request permanent data deletion by following the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to Support@watomate.app or reach out to us on WhatsApp: +923302404942.
  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request - Watomate App
  3. In the body of the email/message, please provide the email address associated with your Watomate account and your Shopify store URL.
  4. Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account data within 30 business days.

Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
